The Advanced CanSkate program is designed for skaters who have previously skated with the Academy and/or have passed the Stage 2 Badge. Participants will be ages 5-12 and working on the Stage 3-6 Badge levels. These sessions are taught in group lesson format both on and off the ice by NCCP Nationally Certified Professional Coaches.

All participants must wear a CSA approved hockey helmet and skates. We recommend dressing in light layers and wearing water resistant type pants and mittens or gloves.

These are the skills that a participant must achieve in order to pass the CanSkate ribbons and Badges at each level:
